Try a clear garbage bag, tied at the neck & cut armholes in the sides – blow up white & clear balloons & stuff them in the
bag around your childs’ body. Then put long streamers dangling from the bottom of the bag – make them out of sparkly plastic or cut a thin layer of cardboard & cover it with iridescent glitter & staple it to the bottom of the bag. Wear dark clothes under the bag so the balloons & streamers will show up clearly in contrast. It should do the trick, be easy to make & not cost too much!! Have fun!!
